what I'm doing online:
I regularly blog. You can see my personal blog here, but if you're really interested you can friend me on Livejournal. Livejournal has always been my site of choice for personal blogging (been there since 1999), however, I am not opposed to Blogger, WordPress, or whatever gets the job done.I also blog for my job, and I am constantly reading other librarian blogs. Some of my favorites are A Librarian's Guide to Etiquette, Tame The Web, and LibrarianInBlack. See my full list of favorites on my homepage.
Above all, my favorite site has to be Google Reader. Where else can I read everything I want without having to have 5,000 bookmarked sites? :) RSS feeds are, in my opinion, one of the greatest inventions.
I am on Facebook, and unfortunately Myspace as well (needless to say, I really don't like Myspace but it's the only way to keep up with certain important people). You can look me up by name or email address if you are inclined to friend me on either site. I've also joined LinkedIn and I like to play on the Experience Project.
